  • MSS Data: HMRC’s Management Support System (MSS) data provides detailed records of your past customs declarations for compliance and audit purposes.
  • CDS Data: The Customs Declaration Service (CDS) data contains live import and export declaration information submitted to HMRC.

Individuals can obtain their MSS or CDS data either through support of their customs agent (ALS in this instance) to contact HMRC, or alternatively, they can apply for access themselves via HMRC's official channels.
